Oprah Winfrey sings and dances along to Miley Cyrus' 'Flowers' performance during Grammys 2024
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Miley Cyrus was thrilled to win her first Grammys and it reflected in her performance too.
The pop diva performed her award-winning song ‘Flowers’, daring all around in her sparkling silver attire.

The Tina Turner-styled singer, however, called out to a quiet Grammys audience a couple of times while singing and dancing on stage.
“Why are you acting like you don’t know this song?” she urged the crowd. The next time a camera panned back on the audience, Oprah Winfrey in the audience was seen standing and singing along word to word.
The ‘Midnight Sky’ singer was picked for the Best Pop Solo on Sunday, February 4, event, reports Variety.
“This MC is going to stand by this MC because this is just too iconic,” Cyrus said as she gestured towards Mariah Carey who announced the awards.
“Oh my god, I just got stuck in the rain and traffic and thought I was going to miss this moment. And I could have missed the award — that’s fine — but not Mariah Carey! I just saw you at the Hollywood Bowl. It was everything,” she added.

Miley Cyrus reveals what the song 'Flowers' means to her
On her first Grammys, Miley shared a story. “There was a little boy that all he wanted for his birthday was a butterfly. So his parents gave him a butterfly net and he was so excited. He went outside out in the sun and started swinging and swinging. But with no luck, he sat down on the ground, he finally let go and he surrendered. He was okay that he was not going to capture this beautiful butterfly,” Cyrus said.

Miley Cyrus attended the event with her boyfriend Maxx Morando. The latter is a drummer in the band Lilly. The rumors of their relationship were first reported in 2021 when the singer-songwriter was hosting her NBC special Miley’s New Year's Eve Party.
The ‘Jaded’ crooner celebrated their first anniversary with ‘Flowers’ song. “One year ago today 'Flowers' started making people happy & that makes me happy. Love you. Thank you. XO MC,” She captioned.
