MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA: TikTok star Chris O’Donnell’s tragic death has left the Internet community in mourning. However, one of his last Instagram posts - two months before his tragic death at 31 - has left the fans grieving even more. 

Recently, it was reported by People, that the TikTok star, known to his fans as Creeohdee, died on January 11.

According to the outlet, the Maricopa Medical Examiner ruled that the TikTok star died by suicide, as reported by Daily Mail.

Chris O’Donnell’s social media post goes viral

Two months before his death, Chris O’Donnell shared a heartbreaking message on his Instagram in November, which has left the fans extremely heartbroken. 

In his post from November, O’Donnell shared a striking montage of clips from his hiking adventures, with a heartbreaking caption. In the haunting caption, the social media star shared how he would liked to be remembered after his death. 

“I wonder when I leave this earth, when I leave the rat race, when I'm lying in the dirt, if you'd remember my face,” shared O’Donnell. 

The video that contained a montage of the clips from his travels, also had him lip-syncing along to ‘Manic Man’ by Curtis Waters in a studio.

“I wanna feel alive when you're screaming my name; I wanna feel alive when you're feeling my pain,” reads the lyric of the song.

“I wonder when I leave this earth; When I leave the rat race; When I'm lying on the dirt you'd remember my face,” continued the song, while concluding, “Put me in the books or hide me in my casket; I don't wanna be alive if I'm in the last place.”

O’Donnell, who was a vocal advocate for mental health wellness, got sober in 2018. The TikTok star boasted over 842,000 followers on TikTok and over 241,000 followers on Instagram as well. 

His last Instagram post from just a few days before his death shows him posing in the desert wearing a straw cowboy hat, aviator sunglasses, and a white button-up shirt.

In one of his pinned posts on Instagram, O’Donnell opened up about his past, while revealing he had a “background in mental health and substance abuse.”

He continued, “As you have likely noticed, I am a content creator with most of my media revolving around fitness. However, fitness is far from my passion.”

“I am a two time college drop out. I have worked more jobs than I can count, all the way from being a pool boy in Florida to being covered in fish guts for 20 hours per day in a salmon processing plant in Alaska,” shared the social media star, before adding, “I have experienced many different walks of life in my short span of time here on earth, and I love learning about other cultures and beliefs that make me challenge my own.”

The world traveler said, “I love beauty, and I find nothing more beautiful than the world we live in,” before adding, “I love the outdoors in general and nearly every animal under the sun (sorry mosquitoes) and I have two beautiful pups, Blue and Riley, who accompany me on my adventures.”

Later, he added, "I have been outspoken about mental health since I was speaking about it as a YL leader in high school, and have been transparent about my own struggles in the hopes it will help others along their own path.”

“I also got sober in 2018 and have been an advocate for substance abuse awareness ever since, helping men and women who are struggling find the treatment they need,” he wrote, while admitting he was a “very solitary person” and that “it takes a lot for me to fully let people in.”

As Chris O'Donnell's poignant post from November started going viral on the Internet, his fans promised him that they "will" remember the social media star. 

One of his fans wrote, "We will brother 💔 wish I woulda rode bulls sooner with you. Tonight we honored you at the chip. You are so deeply loved man. Everyone misses you. Really wish I could have gotten to know you better. Gave your mom a tight hug. 😭."

Another fan wrote, "We will brother. I love you ❤️."

"May the views be even better up there for you Chris 🙏🏼," wished another fan. 

Someone else mourned, "I miss you so much already, friend."

His fans and friends also flooded to O'Donnell's last Instagram post as they all gathered together to mourn the death of the beloved influencer. 

"I love you Chris, i wish you would’ve stayed 💔," said one of O'Donnell's fans writing in the comment section of his last post

Someone else added, "Wish you could have seen all the love there was for you last night."

"I wish we had the chance to hike the mountains together bro… maybe one day we will. Rest in peace," mused fellow Internet personality and fitness enthusiast Daniel Ryjov. 

Online coach Ryan Bahnmiller mourned, "I cannot believe this. Rest in peace my friend 😢."

Dr Idrees Mughal wrote, "I can’t believe this. 😭 Rest in peace my friend 💙."
