Tim McGraw celebrates daughter Audrey’s music debut amid concerns over his return to stage: 'So good!'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Tim McGraw is cheering on his daughter Audrey McGraw’s music debut while also facing challenges of his own as he plans his return to the stage.

The 58-year-old country music star showed his support for Audrey’s first single just as reports surfaced about his worries regarding his ongoing health concerns.

On Friday, May 16, Tim McGraw took to Instagram to spotlight his daughter Audrey McGraw’s musical debut.

“Released today!!! So good!!!” he wrote alongside a photo of the cover for her debut track, 'I Am… I Said'.

Tim and his wife Faith Hill welcomed Audrey in 2001, as per Parade. They share two more daughters, Gracie McGraw, 26, and Maggie McGraw, 24. 

The proud father’s post came as fans noticed Tim hasn’t performed live in nearly a year.

According to Radar Online, the singer has been dealing with persistent back pain and could need another surgery.

Still, he is determined to take the stage at a May 31 concert in Nashville with Reba McEntire and Jelly Roll.

A source told the outlet, “Tim hasn't played a show since last June — this is about the longest he's gone without performing since he first started out in the 1980s.”

Tim McGraw is 'terrified his show might be over' after long break

Though Tim McGraw is gearing up for the big show, concerns remain.

“He still doesn't feel 100 percent, but he figures the longer he waits, the harder it will be for him to come back,” the source said. “But he is worried about his knees and his back and doing even more damage.”

The source linked Tim's health problems to a fall during a concert in 2022 and to the intense fitness regimen he began after giving up alcohol in 2008.

“Tim admits that he went overboard working out to take his focus off booze, and he's paying the price,” the insider revealed. 

Despite his condition, the 'Like It, I Love It' singer remains committed to returning.

“He's a trouper and ready to see how things go back on stage, but fears it might be too tough, even for him. He's terrified his show might be over,” the source said.

Audrey McGraw’s musical debut didn’t go unnoticed online, as fans rushed to praise her vocal talent and thank Tim McGraw for sharing the moment.

“Thank you so much @thetimmcgraw for sharing and also for the fabulous job you did raising @audreymcgraw She’s mega talented, self assured, and incredibly thoughtful. As a parent myself, I know that comes from a house filled with love,” wrote a fan on Instagram.

Another commented, “Wow!!! Beautiful voice! I hear her momma,” comparing the 21-year-old to her mother, Faith. 

“Audrey’s singing gave me chills!” said another, while one more wrote, “Oh WOW!!! So powerful. The control and it’s fantastic to my ears. Can’t wait for her to release more. Outstanding.”
