Tammy Slaton spills the beans on secret new romance unknown to family
“There’s something I haven’t told my family. Amy’s not the only one that’s been seeing somebody new. So have I,” Tammy Slaton confessed.
After enduring a heartbreaking loss, Tammy is ready to take a leap of faith — this time with a new partner and a different approach to love.
“I have been seeing someone for the past couple months and it's going pretty well,” she said.

In the clip, viewers reportedly saw Tammy sneak out of the house and into a car, all while keeping her relationship a secret from her family.
Her brother Chris was seen stepping outside, puzzled about where she was going.
Tammy explained her decision, saying, “I think I want to approach this relationship different than I have in the past, so I haven’t told my family because my family’s gonna have something to say about it.”
And in true Tammy fashion, she adds a bit of humor, noting, “You know, I think my family probably has more opinions than the world has a**holes because they be farting so much,” she laughed.

Tammy Slaton reveals she's dating a woman
In a heartfelt and surprising revelation, Tammy Slaton shares that her new partner is a woman, marking her first relationship since the loss of her husband, Caleb Willingham.
“The person I’m dating is a woman,” Tammy said.
“A few years ago I came out as pansexual but after Caleb passing, I just don’t want to be with men anymore," she disclosed.

Her relationship with Caleb was a whirlwind romance that began at the Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, where the two met during Tammy’s weight loss journey.
The couple married in November 2022, but just seven months later, Caleb died at the age of 40. His cause of death remains unknown.
“I am devastated to share the news of my husband’s passing," Slaton said in an exclusive statement to People, adding, "He was my best friend and I loved him dearly."

"When I met Caleb he became my guardian angel and now he really is watching over me. Our families appreciate everyone’s sympathy and ask that you respect our privacy at this time," she added at that time.
Now, Tammy is rediscovering love, and herself, in the wake of profound grief.
“I don’t know how my family is going to react when I tell them I’m seeing a woman,” she admitted.
