NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Today’ beloved host Al Roker recently shared his ‘Christmas walk’ with family and reflected on his daily routine of hitting 10,000 steps.

Roker reportedly took to Instagram to share a short clip of his walk including his wife Deborah Roberts, and children Nick, Leila, and her boyfriend.

This came after Roker recently gave glimpses into his kitchen and made ‘Today’ fans drool over the delicacy of his seared tuna in a home-cooked meal.

The weatherman took to Instagram to share a snap of the mouth-watering meal.

‘Today’ host Al Roker shares photos from his ‘Christmas walk’

On Christmas Eve, ‘Today’ meteorologist Al Roker shared a clip from his Christmas walk with his family.

In the video, he was seen walking along the lake of The Big Apple and said, “Off for my Christmas walk. I run across Nick Roker and coming up alongside, along the lake, I’ve got Sylvan, Leila, Deborah, and Pepper.”

He continued, “Everybody hanging out.”

On the other side of the road, Deborah and Leila waves and Roker adds, “I’m talking to you,” ‘Hey!”

Al Roker opens up about his 'long road' to recovery

The 69-year-old host has reached a significant milestone in his health journey, and he's keeping his fans in the loop.

Taking to his Instagram account, Roker shared an update on the evolution of his fitness regimen, highlighting the progress he has made and inspiring others with his commitment to well-being.

The television personality posted a carousel on his Instagram, featuring two snapshots.

One displayed the walking steps he recorded in December 2022, while the other showcased his steps within the last 60 days.

However, presently, the weatherman consistently exceeds 10,000 steps per day.

Roker attributed his success to his 25-year-old daughter, Leila Roker, and his 63-year-old wife, Deborah Roberts.

"A year ago, I was struggling after getting home from the hospital. This week marks 60 days in a row of 10k+ steps a day," Roker captioned.
