LONDON, ENGLAND: Hollywood star Tom Cruise was recently seen in London giving singer-songwriter Victoria Canal a ride, after the two became "random" friends following their initial meeting at Glastonbury earlier this year.

However, it has recently emerged that Cruise, 62, and Canal, 25, may have moved beyond casual friendship into a more passionate relationship, as the Spanish singer visited the Oxfordshire set of 'Mission: Impossible 8,' per Daily Mail.

The recent update about the Oxfordshire set visit follows news that the 'Top Gun' star spent $233 million on a lavish penthouse in London, drawing from his estimated $600 million fortune, as he grows closer to Canal.

Tom Cruise's colleagues were taken aback when singer-songwriter Victoria Canal paid a visit to the Oxfordshire set of 'Mission: Impossible 8.'

She spent most of the day there, sparking rumors that the two—who have an age difference of over 35 years—might be developing romantic feelings for each other.

A crew member remarked, "It is all very bizarre. Tom invited Victoria to watch him film for the whole day and that is just not something he does for his random friends."

"When she turned up, there was much gossip: is she Tom's new romantic partner? It might have seemed unlikely that they would become anything more than friends but they are pretty much inseparable," the crew member added.

They said, "They have been seeing a lot of one another and Victoria is beautiful. It's all been happening in plain sight."

Victoria Canal and Tom Cruise hit it off immediately when she joined Coldplay on the Pyramid stage at Glastonbury, alongside Michael J Fox.

They have met at least five times, and according to sources, they got along "like a house on fire." Additionally, it’s rumored that Canal—who was born without a right forearm due to amniotic band syndrome—has visited Cruise's luxurious Knightsbridge residence in London.

A few days after their first meeting, Cruise invited Canal, and they reconnected at the premiere of 'Twisters' at Cineworld in Leicester Square, London.

The 'Top Gun' actor transported the Spanish singer to the capital in his helicopter, with footage later surfacing of them laughing inside the arena and exploring the city together.

Photographers captured Cruise sitting in the pilot's seat right after the helicopter landed on a London helipad. He then got out and helped Canal disembark from the aircraft.

A few days later, Cruise hosted Canal in the VIP section at Wembley Stadium for Bruce Springsteen's performance. After the show, they met Springsteen backstage and shared a photo of themselves with him on Instagram.

Canal, a pianist and vocalist who has performed with artists like Hozier and Leslie Odom Jr, has shown her closeness to Cruise by referring to him as the "most random friend I have ever made."

Canal was born in Munich and spent her early years in Barcelona. She embarked on her first US tour in 2015 but relocated to Amsterdam after the pandemic in 2021.
