The two have been spotted together multiple times, fueling speculation about a budding romance, which reports say is "still new and in the early stages."

While attending the London premiere of 'Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning' on Thursday, May 15, Tom Cruise took a moment to share his thoughts on Ana de Armas’ upcoming film 'From the World of John Wick: Ballerina'.
“I saw the movie. It just kicks a**,” Cruise said as per a video shared on Instagram. “Oh, man, it’s right in that tone. It’s right in that big world, and you’re gonna love it.”
The Len Wiseman-directed film, which is a spin-off of the 'John Wick' franchise, is set to premiere in early June with de Armas in the lead role alongside Keanu Reeves.
Ana de Armas confirms she’s working on 'a few projects' with Tom Cruise
During her appearance on 'Good Morning America' on Thursday, Ana de Armas opened up about future plans and her collaboration with Tom Cruise, confirming they are involved in multiple ventures together.
The 37-year-old was asked about teaming up with a “big star” known for stunt work. Host Michael Strahan directly named Cruise when questioning her if other projects are "gonna lead you to do some other crazy stunts."
“It’s so much fun, and we’re definitely working on a lot of things,” she said. “Not just one but a few projects with Doug Liman and Christopher McQuarrie and, of course, Tom. And I’m so excited.”
The 'Blonde' actress also reflected on training with Reeves early this month, telling BroBible, “The first day we got on the mat and started rehearsing the choreo, I was just looking at him. I was like, ‘I hope I can just do it as best as I can — maybe as good as he does it.’”
Ana de Armas and Tom Cruise's romance is in the 'early stages'
A source told Us Weekly that the connection between Ana de Armas and Tom Cruise might go beyond just work.
“It’s low-key, still new and in the early stages,” the insider said. “Their romance is definitely on the down low.”
The source claimed they were introduced by mutual friends, including the actor's ex-girlfriend Penelope Cruz.
“Penelope put in a good word for her both personally and professionally,” the tipster added.
They further shared that the romance between Cruise and de Armas began after she met with him for a work project earlier this year.
“They’ve gone out on some dates and it’s very low-key. It’s in the early stages, and he’s been courting her… She isn’t looking for anything to move too fast, she’s taking it really slow,” the tipster revealed.
