Tori Spelling says she doesn't want to 'die alone'
During the Friday, April 4, episode of her 'Misspelling' podcast, Spelling revealed that she recently started working with a new therapist.
“I just started having a therapy in a really long time, and I just started with a new therapist,” Spelling said.
She said the therapist is helping her look back into her childhood to understand the roots of her romantic struggles.
“We’re going all back, way back to childhood because she’s like, I don’t know where this comes from, but I have a very odd relationship with men,” said Spelling.
While speaking with guest Aubrey O’Day, the 51-year-old actress broke down in tears as she opened up about her fears of loneliness.
“I just don’t want to be alone. I don’t want to die alone. I don’t know what I’m doing right now,” Spelling added, Page Six reported.

Tori Spelling on being single again with five kids at 51
Tori Spelling co-parents her five children — Liam, 18, Stella, 16, Hattie, 13, Finn, 12, and Beau, 8 — with ex Dean McDermott.
During the emotional moment on her podcast, she shared how uncertain she feels about her future.
“I’m now 51 and single again with five kids. So, I don’t even know where I stand in the future,” Spelling continued.
After a warm hug from O’Day, 41, Spelling shared how resilient they are.

“You and I are strong,” Spelling told O’Day. “They should sample my DNA when they f***g go to the next world war. Whatever the f*** I am, I’m resilient, but what does it mean at the end of the day?”
Tori Spelling feels she did disservice to her children by staying in marriage for long time
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott were married for 17 years before the latter announced their separation on Instagram in June 2023.
The post was quickly deleted. Nearly a year later, Spelling filed for divorce and shared the update on the premiere episode of her podcast.
In a December 2024 episode, Spelling said she will “never regret” staying in the marriage for as long as she did.
However, she believes the decision impacted their children. “I always thought as bad as things might be between my partner and myself, it’s better to have their dad in the house than in a different residence,” she said, according to US Weekly.
“I think that kept me in the relationship far too long. It ultimately, I feel, did a disservice to my kids," she said.
Spelling was most recently linked to Ryan Cramer in November 2023, while McDermott went public with girlfriend Lily Calo in October.
