Travis Kelce reveals time of year he would never get married amid growing Taylor Swift engagement rumors
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Travis Kelce has shared his views on the best time of the year to get married amid growing rumors that he is soon going to pop the question to Taylor Swift.
Speaking on the Wednesday, January 8 episode of his podcast 'New Heights', the NFL star said, "I’ve seen weddings in f**king February. I’ve seen weddings everywhere but in the fall. So I’m not sure if the fall was a good wedding season," as per The Independent.

His comment came after a podcast listener asked him and his brother, Jason Kelce, about their thoughts on fall weddings.
Travis Kelce thinks a wedding should happen when 'the team isn't playing'
Travis Kelce went on to state, "I actually don't know people who've gotten married in the fall because all the weddings I've been to and all my friends always do it in the summer."
"You gotta be willing to find a weekend where the team isn’t playing anybody good maybe," the Kansas City Chiefs tight end joked.
As the listener admitted his fiancee wanted to have a fall wedding but he didn't, Travis suggested, "If you really do have a problem with that, maybe it’s in her best interest to not have it in the fall so that she knows you’re invested in the anniversary every time it comes around. I think you guys should duke that out."
Jason Kelce says there are 'more important things than football’
Travis Kelce's older brother Jason Kelce, the retired Philadelphia Eagles center, did not seem to totally agree with his sibling, as he noted, "There’s a lot more important things than football, and weddings happen to be one of them."
The 37-year-old ESPN analyst also stated that "not arguing with your wife is high up there with more important than football. So I would just do the wedding whenever she wants to because that’s kinda your job now."

Travis Kelce and the pop sensation have been dating each other since the summer of 2023 and many of their well-wishers and fans want them to tie the knot soon.
NFL legend Adam "Pacman" Jones recently provided insight into the duo's relationship, sharing, "I'm thinking this year they are going to get married or after football. Of course, they are going to be together. They have got enough money to take each other's money. But I do see love there. So I do see a baby and everything," as per The Mirror US.
"I think they are in a real relationship. I know Trav, because he went to UC. His love (is genuine). When he says he is with somebody, he is with somebody. I believe Travis a hundred percent," te former cornerback added.
