KANSAS CITY, KANSAS: Taylor Swift’s 35th birthday on December 13 is shaping up to be an unforgettable occasion.

As the Eras Tour wraps up this weekend, Swift is set to enjoy rare downtime, with her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, eager to make her milestone celebration unforgettable.

Travis Kelce plans to make Taylor Swift's birthday 'extra special'

Travis Kelce has reportedly been working on plans for the special day for months.

According to reports, he is leaving no stone unturned to ensure the day is as meaningful as possible for the pop star.

“This is a milestone birthday for Taylor, so he wants to make it extra special," a source revealed to PageSix.

The insider noted that Kelce has kept his plans under wraps, sharing them solely with his inner circle to preserve the element of surprise. “Travis has only let a few of those closest to him know what he has in store for Taylor because he doesn’t want to ruin any surprises," the source told the publication.

Travis Kelce pays close attention to Taylor Swift's casual remarks

Travis Kelce has also been shopping for Taylor Swift's Christmas and birthday gifts for quite some time.

“Travis has been picking up items here and there for the past several months whenever he has a chance,” the insider said.

Kelce has already bought some gifts of Swift's choice all because he pays close attention to her casual remarks. “Some of the gifts are things Taylor has casually mentioned she would like,” the source explained.

“Travis makes sure to always listen even when Taylor doesn’t realize he is,” the insider added.

Travis Kelce committed to make time for Taylor Swift despite packed schedule

Despite his packed football schedule, Travis Kelce is committed to making time for Taylor Swift during the holiday season.

The source revealed, “Although he’ll be playing on Christmas and has an away game the weekend of Taylor’s birthday, Travis is going to make sure to take time out to celebrate both occasions with her.”

This isn’t the first time the couple has gone out of their way for each other. In October, Swift secretly arranged a birthday dinner for Kelce the day after his birthday.

She and her father, Scott Swift, hosted the dinner at the sushi hotspot Noka, with Kelce’s family and friends, including Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, also in attendance.
