Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce's sense of style is undoubtedly a highlight for his fans, especially when he sports quirky outfits with the utmost confidence. Recently, the Chiefs reflected on the transformation of their players since they became a part of the team, as per US Weekly. On Thursday, June 27, the Chiefs' official X (formerly Twitter) page posted side-by-side photographs of Kelce, with the caption, "Where does the time go @tkelce?! 🤯."  Check out how the NFL star's style has evolved over the years.

1. 2013: Travis Kelce's longer hair and more serious look from the first year in Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs' Instagram account "went back into the archives," showcasing side-by-side images of its best players from both their first recruitment and current squad. In contrast to a more recent picture, Kelce sported longer hair and a more serious look during his rookie season (2013). Also, as many experts exclusively revealed to Page Six Style, aging itself might have contributed to the tight end's "glow-up."

2. 2014: Travis Kelce's proud all-American youngster look

A year after being selected by the Chiefs in the 2013 NBA Draft, Kelce had one of his first picture ops at a holiday gathering hosted by the Boys & Girls Club of Kansas City. Wearing a camouflage jacket, a US flag beanie, and a white v-neck T-shirt, the tight end looked like a proud, all-American youngster.

3. 2016: Travis Kelce encapsulates the year's fashion trends

The tight end, who starred in the dating reality series 'Catching Kelce' in 2016, donned an outfit that perfectly captured the spirit of that year's menswear trend during an appearance on 'Watch What Happens Live'. He paired a pair of white high-top sneakers with a thin flannel shirt, acid-washed skinny jeans, and a long white T-shirt. 

4. 2017: Travis Kelce's cool and collected appearance

While visiting the SiriusXM set at Super Bowl LI Radio Row at the George R Brown Convention Center in February 2017, the Chiefs star's cool and collected demeanor began to show. For the occasion, Kelce donned a pair of ripped skinny jeans with white sneakers, and a black Nike jacket, while a gray T-shirt could be seen slightly popping out from underneath the zipped jacket.

5. 2018: Travis Kelce's Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Sports Awards look

By 2018, Kelce appeared to have forged a personal sense of style, which often goes against the grain. At the 2018 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Sports Awards, Kelce stuck to his laid-back style, donning a pair of distressed jeans and Air Jordan sneakers with a red and black flannel shirt layered over a Moschino tee. The football star was accompanied by his ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole on the red carpet.

6. 2019: Travis Kelce's trip to Paris Fashion Week

The football player rocked his Kansas City Chiefs colors at a 2019 Paris Fashion Week show, donning a long white tee and a red and black two-toned jacket. Kelce completed the ensemble with black skinny jeans, Dior high-top sneakers, and a pair of white oval-shaped sunglasses.

Aside from football, Kelce is also passionate about golf and often shows off a blend of contemporary and classic styles when he visits courses. Wearing a black-and-white striped Nike tee—tucked inside his pair of gray trousers—the Kansas City Chiefs star chipped onto the 15th green at the Edgewood Tahoe South course during the American Century Championship final round in July 2020.

Never one to back down from color, Kelce displayed his eccentric side while attending Michael Rubin's MLBPA x Fanatics Party in July 2022. The tight end wore a star motif silk Gucci shirt with ripped white pants and white sneakers. He completed the look with a pair of brown-framed glasses and a chunky silver chain. 

9. 2023: Travis Kelce's nod to Taylor Swift's aesthetics

Kelce and Taylor Swift, who sparked romance rumors in September 2023, made separate appearances on the October 14, 2023, episode of 'Saturday Night Live'. Later, the couple was spotted heading to an 'SNL' after-party hand in hand. Kelce wore a jacket with pastel blue and yellow birds, which was taken as a subtle nod to the marketing campaign of Swift's '1989 (Taylor's Version)' album. The tight end appeared to have quickly adopted the pop star's college aesthetic as he paired brown pants with a two-toned button-up and white sneakers. Swift wore a black Versace corset top, dress pants, and a checked Gant trench coat. 

10. 2024: Travis Kelce's carefree Kelce Jam look

Apart from all his triumphs, increased visibility, and rising star power, the Chiefs' tight end also elevated his second Kelce Jam festival to new heights. Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz, and Diplo headlined Kelce Jam 2024, presented by Jim Beam, at Kansas' Azura Amphitheater on May 18. The Kansas Chiefs star donned an all-black outfit consisting of a black T-shirt, a pair of black jeans, a black jacket, and a pair of black shades. He also included a black bandana and a bedazzled necklace to embrace hip-hop fashion trends.
