The video, recorded by an admirer of the Yeezy founder, depicted him, mingling with the public during a visit to a mall in Dubai, the capital of the Emirates.
The rapper was seen in an all-black ensemble, wearing his much-talked-about scuba boots, a hooded top, and a shirt adorned with a 'Vultures' logo, along with black pants
'Vultures' is the name of Kanye's latest single, a collaboration with Ty Dolla $ign and rapper Bump J.
The logo's double-headed eagle design has drawn comparisons to the double-headed eagle on the Albanian flag, which was featured on a jacket Drake wore in his new video for 'Polar Opposites', as noted by Hip Hop DX.

Ye, the artist behind 'Donda', was captured in the act of autographing a pair of his Adidas-branded Yeezy sneakers for an admirer, before posing with the individual who recorded the video, Raya Maraqa.
Reacting to Kanye's appearance in the video, one commenter implored, "Go take a bath please!!"
In response to the critic, another individual retorted, "You go take a bath how you know this man isn't taking bath."
The critic replied, "How you know he has?" and added in a separate comment, "Are you that unhappy in life? God bless you"
A third user agreed with the critic and said, "Lol right looks like he smells bad, I feel bad for the fan he’s touching."
