Trump posts ‘aging in reverse’ images amid health concerns
Following his recent state visit to China, President Trump used his digital platform to push back against ongoing public scrutiny regarding his physical fitness. In a sequence of updates, Trump shared several images meant to emphasize his vitality and ongoing dedication to his executive duties.
"President Trump ages in reverse!" read the caption on one image posted by the president on May 16.
"President Trump gets YOUNGER," another stated, while a subsequent post proclaimed, "Same guy. Even More Energy Now!" alongside a photo of a young Trump wearing what appeared to be military garb and medals of honor.

White House defends Trump’s health and fitness
Just days prior, 19-year-old right-wing influencer Bo Loudon had shared photographs of Trump at his Virginia golf course, using nearly identical language.
"79 is the new 39," Loudon wrote to his followers. "President Trump is aging in reverse."
It is unclear whether Trump or a member of his White House communications team had seen Loudon's post.

The assertive updates come as observers point to a series of visible health concerns since the president retook office last year.
Critics have noted a recurring dark bruise on the back of his right hand and severely swollen ankles, among other issues, while the White House has consistently denied Trump is showing any signs of compromised health.
Officials have regularly referred to formal evaluations from Trump’s personal physician, which describe the president as being in near-perfect condition.
Trump’s ‘reverse aging’ posts spark online backlash
The president's claims quickly drew a wave of counter-commentary from users across social media platforms like X.
Many commentators focused on the contrast between the online declarations of reverse aging and reported instances of the president appearing fatigued during demanding schedules.
"This is sad but totally true!!! He’s getting more delusional and demented each day!" one X user wrote in response to a compilation of the Truth Social updates.

Another commentator added, "He dozes off in important meetings and such and when he is awake at all hours of the night he just tweets and obsess on his ballroom."
Well that is because he sleeps all day 🤣😂🤣😂. He dozes off in important meetings and such and when he is awake at all hours of the night he just tweets and obsess on his ballroom.
