NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA: President Donald Trump greeted and posed for a picture with Jackson Mahomes in his opulent suite at the 2025 Super Bowl, as his older brother Patrick Mahomes participated in the championship game.

According to president's special assistant and communications advisor Margo Martin's post on X (formerly Twitter), Kansas City Chiefs quarterback's mother Randi, brother Jackson, and sister Mia Randall, posed for a picture in Trump's suite before the game.

Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs were attempting to create NFL history by defeating the Philadelphia Eagles at Super Bowl LIX on Sunday night, which would have made them the first club to win three consecutive championships.

President Trump appeared at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, along with a number of other celebrities, including Travis Kelce's girlfriend Taylor Swift. Trump becomes the first-ever sitting president to attend the Super Bowl.

After shaking hands with a few players on the field before the game, the president posed for a picture with some members of Mahomes' family, including brother Jackson, sister Mia, and mother Randi—in his suite during the first half.

It was unclear how Jackson got into Trump's suite because the president undoubtedly has a large security team.

The president smiled and gave the camera a thumbs up as Randall stood next to him in the photo. Jackson also shared a picture of himself with Trump on Instagram, tagging the president in the post.

Trump has expressed gratitude to the Mahomes family in the past. The president responded to Taylor Swift's outspoken support of then-vice president Kamala Harris in September by calling Mahomes' wife, Brittany, a "big Trump fan" during an appearance on 'Fox & Friends', per People.

Jackson Mahomes also got a picture with soccer great Lionel Messi at the critical game in New Orleans. He also shared a picture of a medal featuring Trump's 45th and 47th stints as president on his Instagram story.

Jackson was given a six-month probationary term in March 2024 following his guilty plea to violence of a waiter at a Kansas restaurant in February 2023, per Daily Mail.

The restaurant owner, who was accused of being the victim, refused to cooperate and testify, leading to the dropping of more serious allegations of aggravated battery.

She later claimed to have had her restaurant trashed and received death threats. She shut down the eatery in August 2023.
