PALM BEACH. FLORIDA: Former president Donald Trump posted and then deleted an image of Vice President Kamala Harris with Sean 'Diddy' Combs on Truth Social following the arrest of the disgraced rapper.

However, the only issue was that it was a doctored AI image, according to NBC News. The fake picture also contained a text questioning whether the VP was part of Diddy's alleged "freak-offs".

Diddy was arrested on September 16 at the Park Hyatt New York hotel in New York City over severe charges of sex trafficking. He will continue to be behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn until trial.

The fake image Donald Trump posted on his social media platform, which was later deleted, is originally a picture of Kamala Harris with Montel Williams, a former talk show host whom she dated for a brief period.

The picture taken in 2001 had Williams standing with the VP and his daughter Ashley on either side. In the edited image, William's face was replaced with Diddy's.

Upon the rapper's arrest, old photos of him with Trump resurfaced online, and Jimmy Kimmel aired a video of the ex-president praising Diddy on 'Celebrity Apprentice' in 2012 as a "good friend of mine" and "a good guy".

On the other hand, Harris had also praised the now-jailed rapper in the past. In 2020, she thanked him on X (formerly Twitter) for hosting a town hall on how the Covid-19 pandemic impacted Black communities.

The MAGA leader posted fake AI images to boost his presidential campaign earlier, too. One picture falsely implied Taylor Swift and her massive fanbase endorsed him.

This prompted the pop sensation to break her silence this month and announce her plans to vote for Harris in November.

In another fake AI-generated image, Trump portrayed the 2024 Democratic National Convention in Chicago as a communist rally with his opponent speaking to an audience of communists.
