WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald Trump on Tuesday, April 21, criticized The Wall Street Journal, dismissing the publication as a “failing political RAG” after it published an editorial questioning his record on Iran.

Trump, taking to Truth Social, rejected Elliot Kaufman’s op-ed by highlighting the total economic and military collapse of the regime under his watch.

Donald Trump rejects ‘sucker’ label and slams WSJ

Setting the record straight on social media, President Trump said, “THE WALL STREET JOURNAL HAS LOST ITS WAY!” He called Elliot Kaufman an “IDIOT” for writing an article titled “The Iranians Take Trump for a Sucker.”

Trump said the paper is “no longer required reading” and has become a poor political magazine that does not tell the truth. The president added that the owners of the paper likely told the writer what to say, noting, “I guess Rupert Murdoch told him to write it this way.”

Donald Trump details total destruction of Iran’s military

Trump responded to the “sucker” claim by listing how he has dismantled Iran’s ability to fight. He said that while the regime took advantage of other presidents for 47 years, his administration has left them as “a country in tatters!”

Trump detailed the damage, stating their “entire Navy is at the bottom of the Sea, their Air Force is gone, their anti-aircraft and Radar is wiped out.”

He specifically highlighted the power of the US military in stopping Iran’s nuclear goals. He stated that their “Nuclear Labs and Storage Areas were OBLITERATED late one dark June evening by our Great B-2 Bombers.”

He also reminded the public that the regime’s “leaders are DEAD, including General Soleimani,” the man he called an “evil genius who destroyed the lives of so many with his favored roadside bombs."

Donald Trump says Iran is losing $500 million a day

Trump explained that his tough rules have broken Iran’s economy.

He said the Strait of Hormuz is “BLOCKADED and totally controlled by the U.S., with no Ships allowed to go to Iranian Ports.”

Because of this, he said the regime is “losing 500 Million Dollars a day”, and the country is an “Economic Catastrophe, that is hanging by a thread.”

Trump said his way is much better than the old way, noting that “Barack Hussein Obama gave them 1.7 Billion Dollars in ‘Green’ Cash.” He concluded that despite what a “MORON on the Editorial Board” might write, his results are undeniable.

“Iran certainly doesn't think so! Neither does anyone else,” Trump said, making it clear that he has kept America strong.
