WASHINGTON, DC: A new video of President Donald Trump has triggered a wave of online speculation about his health after he was seen walking “unnaturally” during a moment with his young grandson at the White House. The clip, filmed during the week of November 23, quickly gained momentum across social platforms as users questioned Trump’s gait and balance.

In the footage, the 79-year-old president can be seen walking with Theodore Kushner, the 9-year-old son of Ivanka Trump, as he showed him the Presidential Walk of Fame. But what should have been a quiet family moment instead turned into a viral talking point as viewers dissected every step.

Critics raise questions as users debate causes

Within hours, the comments turned chaotic as users speculated about the cause of the president’s gait.

One person posted, “It's getting worse I see”

Another commented, “Yep. He walks exactly like my Mother did when she was recovering from a stroke.”

A third added, “Something is wrong with his left leg. And if he doesn't walk like that all the time, who are we seeing? Do they have a body double?”

Another raised the question, "Maybe he got less than his usual 2 to 3 hours of sleep a night?"

One user commented, "Trump's knees and ankles hurt him... Sometimes it's obvious, sometimes not as much. Guess those bone spurs were a real deal..."

Another added, "Pray for our president, he worked so hard."

The video inspired thousands of comments and reposts, drawing both concern and ridicule in equal measure.

Ivanka Trump shares family moments amid speculation

Despite the online storm, Ivanka Trump shared her own set of photos and a clip on Sunday, November 23, showing her father and her son tossing a football on the White House lawn. Supporters flooded her comments, with one writing, “Wow you will so cherish these moments one day Best president and grandpa!”

But the wholesome family posts did little to slow the speculation erupting elsewhere. Conversations about the president’s physical condition have escalated repeatedly this year, and this new viral clip added more fuel.

Scrutiny of Donald Trump’s stability intensifies

The renewed concerns come just weeks after Don Lemon criticized Trump following his trip to Asia in October, pointing out that Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi “had to guide him around.” Lemon compared the moment to guiding an uncle who “gets a little too lit at the cookout,” and accused Trump of “bumbling and mumbling.”

He also slammed the Republican Party for “holding his hand through it” and pretending he is “sharp” and “fit,” adding, “the truth scares them.”

Trump himself has previously acknowledged mobility worries, admitting that he now takes “extra care” when navigating stairs, telling Marines last month that he can’t “bop down the stairs” the way he used to. Multiple videos over recent years have shown him gripping railings tightly, stepping slowly, or bracing himself on Air Force One stairs.
