NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Former president and GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump has been getting aggressive in his name-calling of political rivals, a New York Times report published on Saturday, August 10, shared.

According to two insider sources who remained unnamed, Trump has often been in a foul mood over the past few weeks and referred to Vice President and Democratic nominee Kamala Harris as a "b***h" in private on multiple occasions. He also reportedly called her nasty during his appearance on 'Fox & Friends'.

The claim has been refuted by Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung, who told the publication, “That is not language President Trump has used to describe Kamala, and it’s not how the campaign would characterize her."

Donald Trump described himself as 'angry'

At a dinner with his wealthiest supporters on August 2, Donald Trump shared that the media was wrong to suggest that he had mellowed down in the aftermath of his assassination attempt on July 13.

BUTLER, PENNSYLVANIA - JULY 13: Secret Service agents surround Republican presidential candidate former President Donald Trump onstage after he was injured at a rally on July 13, 2024 in Butler, Pennsylvania. According to one attendee, Trump said at the event, "I’m not nicer." Another claimed that the controversial businessman described himself as “angry,” because “they” (suggesting the Democrats) had first tried to bankrupt him, and then kill him.

Trump's anger has resulted in mean insults coming the way of Harris, like the time he questioned her ethnicity at the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) convention in Chicago, on July 31.

"I've known (Harris) a long time indirectly... and she was always of Indian heritage, and she was only promoting Indian heritage. I didn't know she was Black, until a number of years ago when she happened to turn Black and now she wants to be known as Black," Trump said at the time about his political rival.

He has also taken to intentionally butchering the first name of the Vice President, calling her "Kamabla" in multiple social media posts.

Internet backs Donald Trump

Netizens were not surprised by Donald Trump using degrading names for Kamala Harris in private. Some MAGA supporters X (formerly Twitter) even backed him for it.

"He tells it like it is," wrote a social media user.

Another asked, "Where is the lie? If people can’t handle a woman being called a b***h, then a woman isn’t ready to be president."

"He’ll call her worse to her face when he gets the chance," one person said.

"Who gives AF? Why is this even news? What do you think she’s calling him behind closed doors? Who cares?" inquired another.

"OMG!!!! Lol who cares," one individual wrote.

"That seems appropriate since she called him a Nazi," claimed another.
