Trump vows ‘ultimate punishment’ for Charlie Kirk’s accused killer

GLENDALE, ARIZONA: President Donald Trump addressed thousands at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, on Sunday, delivering a powerful message that Tylor Robinson, the accused of murdering conservative activist Charlie Kirk, will get “ultimate punishment.”
“The depraved assassin who planned and executed Charlie’s killing has been arrested and charged with capital murder,” Trump declared to thunderous applause. “God willing, he will receive the full and ultimate punishment for his horrific crime.”

Donald Trump terms Charlie Kirk’s death more than a personal loss
The president said Charlie Kirk’s assassination on September 10 was more than the loss of a single life.
“You can’t let that happen. You can’t let that happen to a country,” Trump warned, condemning political violence as a direct threat to America’s freedoms. “This was not just an attack on Charlie, it was an attack on everything he stood for.”

Donald Trump says Justice Department will probe into radical networks
Trump revealed that the Department of Justice is pursuing a wider investigation into extremist groups that may have supported the attack.
“The DOJ is investigating networks of radical left maniacs who fund, organize, and perpetrate such violence,” he said.
“Law enforcement can only be the beginning of our response to Charlie’s murder.”
Further he said, “Charlie Kirk’s assassination was an assault on all conservatives’ ideals.
“The gun was pointed at him, but the bullet was aimed at all of us. Charlie was killed for expressing the very ideas that virtually everyone in this arena and most other places throughout our country, deeply believed in,” Trump said.
He said Kirk's message has not been silenced. “The assassin failed in his quest because Charlie’s message has not been silenced. It now is bigger and better and stronger than ever before,” he said.
The president’s remarks came during Kirk’s public memorial and funeral, where security was elevated. The service drew thousands of mourners. Alongside Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and several Cabinet members joined Kirk’s family and Turning Point USA supporters to honor his legacy.
