Trump’s ‘human printer’ Natalie Harp gets private White House workspace near Oval Office
WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald Trump’s close aide Natalie Harp has reportedly moved her workspace into his private White House dining room after previously working at a desk outside the Oval Office. The change comes as Trump prepares for the November 3 midterm elections, with Harp continuing to accompany him at rallies and assist him with his work.
According to The New York Times, Harp now uses part of the dining room when she is not seated behind Trump at his desk. The move places her in a room where the president watches television and makes phone calls.

The private dining room, located just off the Oval Office, is reportedly filled with printed news articles and documents associated with Harp’s work for the president. The report does not clarify whether her new workspace is a temporary arrangement or a permanent move.
The change was described by New York Times journalist Katie Rogers, who wrote on X that Harp had “abandoned” her previous desk for the dining room.

The publication also reported that Trump has been spending more time with a small group of close aides. Harp is among those who regularly work alongside him, bringing him printed news reports and other information.
Harp, 35, has earned the nickname “human printer” because of her role in supplying Trump with printed material. She has also assisted him with posting on Truth Social, his social media platform.
Her work has kept her close to the president, with the latest change placing her in a room where he spends time away from the main Oval Office workspace.
Natalie Harp's role around Donald Trump continues to expand
Harp has accompanied Trump to rallies across the country ahead of the midterm elections. Earlier this week, she reportedly received an upgrade in her travel arrangements, moving from the presidential motorcade to the back of the presidential limousine.
During a rally in Nebraska earlier this month, Trump called Harp “perfect” and summoned her onstage to carry an executive order for him to sign.

Harp also reportedly delivered presidential pardons to Trump in the middle of a speech at a rally in Wasilla, Alaska, this month. These appearances have highlighted the range of tasks she performs while working alongside the president.
Another incident drew attention when Trump was seen looking toward Harp as she walked away from the stage following the Nebraska rally. Journalist Aaron Rupar commented on the moment in a post on X, writing, “Trump takes a gander at Natalie Harp's legs while she walks off.”

Natalie Harp's personal letters to Donald Trump revealed
Harp's close relationship with Trump has also been reflected in personal letters she wrote to him in 2023. The letters, previously reported by The Daily Beast, expressed her strong admiration for the president.
In one letter, Harp described herself as “unworthy” of Trump. She also wrote, “You are all that matters to me,” before adding, “I don't want to ever let you down.”

Before joining Trump, Harp worked at the far-right One America News Network. She is reportedly paid $150,000 annually for her work with the president.
Last year, Trump also gave Harp and two other young female White House aides $45,000, reportedly as a holiday gift.
