LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK: Despite recent whispers about President Donald Trump’s health, the 79-year-old commander-in-chief was “over the moon” at the Ryder Cup’s opening day on Friday, September 26, according to body language expert Inbaal Honigman.

The golf-obsessed POTUS was front and center at the three-day competition in Farmingdale, New York.

Donald Trump shows ‘man crush’ on Ryder Cup golfers, says Inbaal Honigman

Speaking on behalf of Casino.org US, Honigman told OK! that “Trump’s man-crush on the pro golfers is apparent.”

She noted how cameras caught him greeting the players like long-lost buddies. “From the way he shakes hands with them to the way he leans towards them, there’s a bromance on the go,” Honigman explained.

One clip showed Donald Trump shaking hands with Bryson DeChambeau. “Then, not letting go of his hand, the big man pulls him close,” Honigman said. “This is a clear and obvious indication of Trump wanting to be close to the athletes. He’s a big fan.”

The same enthusiasm appeared when Donald Trump interacted with golfer Ben Griffin, showing “he’s super happy to be” with the pros.

Honigman described Trump’s interactions as clear “fanboying” moments. With Bryson DeChambeau, the pair exchanged friendly taps on the arm while trading compliments. According to Honigman, it was “a friendly, familiar gesture, showing that they’re both thrilled to bond with each other.”

“There are a couple of fist bumps going on, and Trump touches him on the arm a couple of times too, trying to get his attention,” she added. “This overfamiliarity is a man-crush on full display, and the president doesn’t even hide the fact that he’s fanboying over the golfer.”

Honigman also pointed out Trump’s constant physical leaning toward the pros. “When he walks alongside the pros, his whole body leans towards them. This indicates a deep and profound interest and attraction. It is evident that Trump’s head leans towards the celebrated golfers, and it shows that he admires them and wants to be close to them,” she said.

At one point, Donald Trump was spotted “beaming proudly” while hugging Keegan Bradley.

“He’s living his best life,” Honigman declared. “His movements are broad and enthusiastic, and his facial expression is that of delight. A wide smile, teamed with raised eyebrows, spell joy for the leader of the free world.”

Donald Trump’s golf legacy highlighted with Ryder Cup family appearance

Donald Trump’s passion for the game goes far beyond the Ryder Cup. The former real estate mogul has built a golf empire with more than a dozen courses worldwide, from Trump National Doral in Miami to resorts in Scotland, Ireland, and the UAE.

His obsession runs so deep that golf legend Jack Nicklaus once said Trump “loves the game of golf more than he loves money.”

At the Ryder Cup, Trump was joined by his 18-year-old granddaughter Kai Trump.

The daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and ex-wife Vanessa Trump is already making waves as a freshman golfer at the University of Miami.

Kai also made a fashion statement at the event, wearing a KT sweatshirt from her own clothing line. According to Sports Illustrated, it is priced at $130 and is one of the latest drops from her brand.

The teen is no casual golf fan. Last year, she won the ladies’ club championship at Trump’s West Palm Beach course.
