'Ultimate party to plan': Jonathan Scott says holiday bash is just a 'warm-up' for his wedding to Zooey Deschanel
BRENTWOOD, CALIFORNIA: Jonathan Scott is relaxed about his marriage preparations with Zooey Deschanel. But, the TV personality still has a lot on his plate.
In a recent interview with People, the star said, “We're going to get through the holidays and then we've got probably the ultimate party to plan.”
Scott is also using their caroling party as a step to their wedding event “We'll think of the holidays and our caroling party as just a warm-up to the big party,” he told the outlet.

Christmas celebration is a big thing in Jonathan and Zoey's house and both celebrate it grandly. The couple hosted the HGTV special 'White House Christmas' along with First Lady Jill Biden in 2022.
"Everyone is represented, no matter where they live geographically, myself included," Scott, shared then.
"I recently became an American citizen only a few years ago, so it really means a lot to be able to celebrate the rich history that America has to offer, this is an exciting day," he added.
“It’s no surprise that Scott is supporting his lady as she tours, a source told People on Scott’s absolute support for Zooey.
“He makes her laugh and he’s so sweet to her. And he’s very close to his family and loves children.”

The 45-year-old presenter is going to have bagpipes, for his wedding, that’s decided! Something he missed not having in his previous marriage.
“It should have been a red flag for me,” Jonathan said earlier on the ‘You Made It Weird With Pete Holmes’ podcast.
“We had this beautiful outdoor wedding… our friends let us use their place on a lake. It was gorgeous. But she forbade me from having bagpipes play at any point during the wedding.”

He added, “Zooey and I have talked about the stuff that we want to do. She knows the things that are important to me, the things that have hurt me . . . That's what I think is so incredible — when you find somebody who knows your sensitivities, who knows what has hurt you. And they vow to never do that.”
The couple announced their engagement in August 2022, "Hard to believe…scratch that…Easy to believe it's already been 3 years with this beautiful soul in my life. @zooeydeschanel you make everything better," Jonathan while sharing pictures.
Meanwhile, Zooey wrote, "I got the best one most wonderful three years ever."
