PARIS, FRANCE: Sha'Carri Richardson introduced herself on the world stage with a ceaseless performance on Friday, August 2.

The Dallas-born track and field athlete qualified for the women’s 100-meter semifinals in her debut Olympics with a time of 10.94 seconds.

Dominating race for American sprinter Sha'Carri Richardson

Sha'Carri Richardson managed to steer ahead about a third of the way and kept her lead till the end of the Paris Olympics race.

If she manages to win the semi-final, Richardson could be among the eight women racing for gold in the 100-meter final on Saturday, August 3, per TMZ.

She ran a 10.71-second race in Olympic qualifiers and also stunned the world with her women's 100-meter dash at the 2023 World Championships in Budapest with a 10.65-second time.

Jamaican sprinter Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, who is competing in her fifth and final Olympics, qualified for the semifinals with a 10.92-second sprint.

Other big names who made it to the Semi-final are sprinter Melissa Jefferson, Saint Lucia's Julien Alfred, and Canadian Audrey Leduc.
