Valkyrae accuses Jason Momoa of ‘mistreating’ crew of 'A Minecraft Movie' but Internet doesn't believe her

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jason Momoa has come under scrutiny after YouTuber and co-star Valkyrae alleged that he mistreated crew members on the set of 'A Minecraft Movie'.

In an interview with fellow YouTuber JasonTheWeen, Valkyrae, whose real name is Rachell Marie Hofstetter, was asked about her worst celebrity encounter. She responded, "So, in the Minecraft movie – I have a cameo in it – I’d have to say Jason Momoa."

Valkyrae described witnessing Momoa's frustration during an intense scene, where he allegedly yelled at crew members for not setting up a shot correctly, creating what she described as a "toxic work environment."

Valkyrae alleged that during the production of the film, she witnessed Momoa "mistreat some of the crew".

"It was pretty disappointing," Valkyrae said.

"It was after a very intense scene - and it was a very emotional scene - so maybe he was still in character, I don’t know. I was just surprised about how he treated some of the crew."

Valkyrae shared in the interview that the 'Aquaman' star "was just really mad at them that they weren’t doing something right in setting up the shot and stuff," adding Momoa "was just angry, really mad, and yelling."

Valkyrae remarked, "I was like man, this is not a good work environment, I would not be happy working under these conditions. I would have to say that was the worst celebrity thing I've seen."

Momoa is often seen as a sweetheart in Hollywood, despite his tough-guy roles like Aquaman. Off-screen, he’s known for his charming demeanor and genuine interactions with fans, which contrasts with his on-screen personas.
