Viral photo of RFK Jr eating McDonalds with Donald Trump on private jet sparks meme fest online
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Robert F Kennedy Jr was photographed having a McDonald's meal and Coca-Cola with president-elect Donald Trump aboard Trump Force One on Saturday, November 16, reported Newsweek.
The photograph, which also included tech billionaire Elon Musk, Donald Trump Jr, and House Speaker Mike Johnson, went viral online, leading to Kennedy Jr getting heavily trolled across social media platforms.
RFK Jr has been recently named by Trump to lead the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in his upcoming administration and is famous for his crusade against ultra-processed food. Consuming McDonald's was thus out of character for him, as he coined the slogan, "Make America Healthy Again."

The rush of memes that followed the viral image was spearheaded by Don Jr, who posted it on X (Twitter) with the snappy caption, "Make America Healthy Again starts TOMORROW."
RFK Jr's disdain for fast food
Robert Kennedy Jr has been concerned about the rise in obesity and lifestyle-related diseases in the United States and blames ultra-processed foods as a major contributor. During an interview on 'The Joe Polish Show', he claimed that Trump ate "just poison" on the campaign trail.
"The stuff that he eats is really, like, bad," he stated. "The food that goes onto that airplane is like just poison. You have a choice between—you don't have the choice—you're either given KFC or Big Macs. That's when you're lucky and then the rest of the stuff I consider kind of inedible."
In the viral photograph, Kennedy Jr had fries from McDonald's in front of him, which were reportedly cooked in seed oils. The former independent presidential candidate considers such oils as "one of the most unhealthy ingredients that we have in foods," contributing to "body-wide inflammation," as told to Fox News back in October.
