Warren Beatty’s accuser demands $50M for alleged sexual abuse and 'mental anguish'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Warren Beatty’s accuser has reportedly requested a court to grant her some time to get a new attorney while demanding $50 million from the actor.
The alleged victim was abandoned by her counsel a few months after she filed a lawsuit against the 86-year-old actor, reports RadarOnline.com.
Who is Warren Beatty’s accuser?
Beatty’s accuser's name is Kristine Charlotte Hirsch, who in her suit, filed in November last year, accused Beatty of sexual assault and battery.
It reportedly alleged, “Plaintiff Hirsch, is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, sexual battery, assault, molestation, and abuse at the hands of DEFENDANT DOE.”
“When Plaintiff Hirsch was just a 14-year-old child, DEFENDANT DOE used his role, status, and power as a well-known Hollywood Star to gain access to, groom, manipulate, exploit, and coerce sexual contact from her over the course of several months in the State of California,” it asserted.
Kristine Charlotte Hirsch alleged Warren Beatty had ‘sexual intercourse’ with her
Though the woman used the pseudonym Defendant Doe for the ‘Reds’ star in the court filing, Beatty’s identity became clear when she described her alleged culprit.
The alleged victim reportedly claimed that Doe has “acted in television and several Hollywood films, including portraying Clyde in Bonnie and Clyde, a major box-office success that earned Doe an Academy Award nomination.”
In her suit, Hirsch alleged that she was only 14 or 15 in 1973 when Beatty had sex with her.
She claimed that the filmmaker “used his position and status as an adult and a Hollywood movie star to coerce sexual contact with Plaintiff on multiple occasions, including oral sex, simulated sex and finally coerced sexual intercourse with the minor child.”
However, Hirsch’s lawyer Michael Reck from the law firm Jeff Anderson & Associates dropped her in August.
Reck said in his request, as per RadarOnline.com, “I respectfully request that this Court relieve me and my firm of duties as counsel of record.”
He continued, “Over a multi-month period, my office has communicated multiple times via telephone, zoom, and email correspondence with [Hirsch] regarding the issues giving rise to this motion.”
The attorney added, “[Hirsch] has been informed that our office was unable to continue representation. [Hirsch] has been informed of her right to retain new counsel and that this motion would be filed.”

Warren Beatty demands $50 million
Now, Hirsch has submitted a new plea, asking for time to hire a new representative for her.
However, she will reportedly fight for herself on her own until she finds a lawyer.
In her motion, she also added, “I intend to demand $50 million … for the sexual assault … harassment mental anguish for now over 50 years that [Beatty] victimized me and took my innocence.”
