'We don't care': Tamar Braxton and Jeremy 'JR' Robinson announce engagement three months after split
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In a heartwarming turn of events, Tamar Braxton and Jeremy "JR" Robinson rekindled their romance as they announced their engagement.
The couple surprised fans with a Christmas Day proposal three months after their split in October, according to ET.

'The Love and War' singer posted a video on Instagram on Tuesday, December 27 of her opening a blue box that revealed a ring.
The following clip showed Robinson getting down on one knee and popping the question in front of their family and friends.

Speaking about the challenges faced in their relationship three months ago, the 'Braxton Family Values' star stated, "3 months ago we thought we hated each other and we were completely over."
"Here we are after a simple football game box you got for your birthday and one real hard conversation … we knew that whatever happened in the past was just that and anything other than the US and our family only mattered," she wrote.
"So the truth is we dont care if anyone disagrees with it … we choose to love each other outloud and proud because we found something worth fighting for and forgiving each other for everyday in front and behind the scenes," Braxton continued.
"@rarebreednola I love you with my entire heart and from now on our troubles are miles away….I’m having myself a Merry little Christmas now.," she added.
Announcing the engagement, Robinson took to his Instagram to share the news of this significant life update, posting pictures of Braxton proudly displaying her new ring.

Why did Tamar Braxton and Jeremy 'JR' Robinson split?
During the finale episode of 'Queen's Court' in March, Braxton and Robinson got engaged.
However, the couple announced the end of their relationship in October.
Robinson who is also a personal injury lawyer took to Instagram earlier this month to announce they reconciled following their split three months ago.
Opening up on how healing led him back to Braxton, Robinson wrote, "Lots of questions, but the answer is: I had to fight hard to push past the hurt, and past my own ego because God kept bringing me back to how much I love @tamarbraxton."

"And yet, I still needed to heal to see the beauty of our love. At times, I was angry, I was mad with her and so while I was single - I took advantage of people who were ultimately trying to take advantage of me with a singular goal in mind. Hurt people, hurt people," he added.
