LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kate Hudson is enjoying her time with her estranged half-sister Emily!

The 'Almost Famous' star appeared on the 'Sibling Revelry' podcast on Sunday, sharing, "My sister and I and my brother have all just started communicating again," the 44-year-old stated during the January 14 episode.

“And honestly, I got on the phone with my sister and we just started bawling our eyes out. It was great. She even said it. 'We start now. We start now,"' she added.

How many siblings does Kate have?

It is assumed that Kate was likely referring to her 42-year-old half-sister, Emily Hudson, who is from her biological father Bill Hudson's second marriage to the late Cindy Williams.

The couple welcomed their 37-year-old son, William 'Zachary' Hudson. The Oscar-nominated star also has a 17-year-old half-sister, Lalania Hudson, from the 74-year-old retired actor's relationship with Caroline Graham.

“I had this moment last year where I was like, 'I don't know why I don't talk to my other siblings,"' the ‘A Little White Lie’ actress remembered.

“I don't care what the history is with our parents...I have two sisters that I don't speak to for no other reason than our family is separated.”

When Bill Hudson denounced Kate and Oliver

Kate co-hosts ‘Sibling Revelry’ with her brother Oliver Hudson, 47, whose cynical Father's Day post from 2015 hurt their biological father Bill.

“That was like a dagger to the heart,” Bill Hudson told The Mail.

“If what he wanted was me out of their lives, then he's succeeded. I don't want to see either of my eldest children ever again. It's over.”

He asserted, "I say to them now, 'I set you free.' I had five birth children, but I now consider myself a father of three. I no longer recognize Oliver and Kate as my own. I would ask them to stop using the Hudson name."

He further said, “They are no longer a part of my life. Oliver's Instagram post was a malicious, vicious, premeditated attack. He is dead to me now. As is Kate. I am mourning their loss even though they are still walking this earth.”
