Inside Lizzo's recent personal struggles

Despite facing personal challenges, including the lawsuit from former backup dancers, Lizzo has maintained a positive attitude toward life.

Recently, Lizzo shared a picture of herself in a white bathrobe and opened up about her journey toward self-improvement.

"Hi. I’m working... on music, myself, relationships with people and food, my anxiety, my body, my business, and my trust issues with the world... but they are deep now, deeper than they’ve ever been. Xoxo," the 'Rumors' singer captioned the picture.

Amid the struggles, her consistent efforts to advocate for marginalized communities and dedication to self-improvement remain steadfast.

At the 2023 Black Music Action Coalition Gala, Lizzo was honored with the Quincy Jones Humanitarian Award in September, according to ET.

During Lizzo's acceptance speech, she emphasized the importance of doing the right thing, even when nobody is.

"It's easy to do the right thing when everybody's watching you, and it's what you do in those moments where nobody's watching that defines who you are," the artist stated.

"I'm going to continue to shine a light on the people who are helping people because they deserve it. I will continue to amplify marginalized people's voices because I have a microphone and know how to use it."

Lizzo further added that she would ensure safe spaces for Black women. "That's what the f**k I do," she declared.
