NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: The Presidential election year has begun in full swing, especially at MSNBC where First Lady Jill Biden made an appearance at an exclusive appearance in an interview with ‘Morning Joe’ anchor Mika Brzezinski.

During this interview, Brzezinski questions the First Lady about one of the most common talking points when it comes to President Joe Biden and a potential second term, and that is his age.

At the moment Biden is 81, and his wife addresses the concerns about his age on MSNBC, and the internet was quick to chime on the same.

Jill Biden claims Joe Biden’s age is an ‘asset’

In the 'Morning Joe' interview with MSNBC anchor Mika Brzezinski and First Lady Jill Biden, Brzezinski inquired, “Your husband is 81, at the end of the second term, he’d be 86. As his life partner of 46 years, is there a part of you that is worried about his age and health? Can he do it?”



 

To this, the First Lady responded, “He can do it, and I see Joe every day, I see him out, traveling around this country, I see his vigor, I see his energy, I see his passion, every single day.”

Brzezinski also asked, “So for those who say, ‘I can’t vote for Joe Biden, he’s too old,’ what do you say?”

Jill responded, “I say his age is an asset. he has wisdom and experience, he knows every leader on the world stage. History…he knows history. He’s thoughtful in his decisions. He is the right man…person for the job at this moment in history.”

Following Jill Biden's response to questions about Joe Biden's age on 'Morning Joe' during the conversation with Mika Brzezinski, the internet swiftly reacted.
