WASHINGTON, DC: The White House's social media account on Thursday, August 7, posted a video on X (formerly Twitter) consisting of clips of anti-MAGA Hollywood stars praising President Donald Trump for completing 200 days in the office.

The edited video had scenes from TV series and films, featuring celebrities such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Will Ferrell, Keanu Reeves, Nick Offerman, and others, claiming that all Trump has done in the first 200 days of his second term is "win".

White House takes subtle jab at anti-MAGA stars in edited video

The White House X account's video caption read, "200 Days. ALL WE DO IS WIN: No tax on tips. No tax on overtime. Massive investments. Trade deals. Historic peace deals. MAHA in full force. American energy dominance. Economy roaring. Woke culture? Canceled. We don’t sleep - we win."

The 49-second video was nicely edited and consisted of lines from different Hollywood stars' films or TV shows, to compile and make a statement that sounded like they are praising the POTUS for his 200 days in office.

The Republican leader's second 100 days in office have been a rollercoaster ride, marked by controversy amid the Jeffrey Epstein "cover-up" saga, a dramatic public falling out with tech billionaire Elon Musk, and economic uncertainty stemming from the massive tariffs.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told the Daily Mail on Thursday that Donald Trump delivered on "every single major campaign promise" as he completed his 200th day in office.

Trump also signed his "big, beautiful bill" into law on Independence Day, extending his 2017 tax cuts as well as cutting taxes on tips, overtime pay, and social security.

"Thanks to President Trump's relentless efforts and record-breaking achievements, the Golden Age of America is officially upon us," Leavitt added.

Trump's second 100 days were also extremely packed, consisting of positive and negative news. He wrangled Republican members of Congress who used a slim majority to pass his signature spending bill.

He also launched one of the biggest and most successful air strikes in modern history on several Iranian nuclear sites in June, named "Operation Midnight Hammer."

Anti-MAGA stars who once took a jab at Donald Trump

The anti-MAGA stars may not be too excited to see their clips repurposed to hype MAGA, especially considering the jibes they took at President Donald Trump a year ago.

Actor Will Ferrell made his dislike for Trump clear as the comedian endorsed Kamala Harris in the 2024 election. He wore "Loud White Men for Kamala" shirts and teamed up with Harris for a campaign video.

The 58-year-old actor also trolled the Trump administration in March 2025 for dismantling the Department of Education during the Mark Twain Prize ceremony at the Kennedy Center.

Similarly, Nick Offerman, known for his role as Ron Swanson on 'Parks and Recreation', also trolled Trump in a song he released last year.

He sang, "Trump is a f*****g d**k, so I’m proud to be a Kamala man who’s quit the GOP. Because I just can’t stick with the man convicted of 34 felonies."

Interestingly, Offerman has never publicly endorsed Donald Trump and is an outspoken critic of the Republican Party.

Moreover, Hollywood A-lister Leonardo DiCaprio also showed his support for Kamala Harris last year. He also bashed Trump before the election for rolling back environmental protections and for his dealings with the oil and gas industry.

He said in an Instagram video, "Donald Trump continues to deny the facts. He continues to deny the science. Climate change is killing the earth and ruining our economy. We need a bold step forward to save our economy, our planet and ourselves. That’s why I’m voting for Kamala Harris."
