In October, the actor served as the DJ at a Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity tailgate party held at the University of Southern California in anticipation of the football game against the University of Arizona Wildcats, coinciding with Trojan Family Weekend.

A TikTok video captured the USC alum clapping along with students to Survivor's “Eye of the Tiger” while manning the DJ booth.

Ferrell was appropriately attired for the occasion, sporting headphones atop his backward USC red cap.

The 'Barbie' actor has remained actively involved with USC since graduating from the institution in 1990, as per People.

He delivered the commencement address to the graduating class of 2017 and, alongside his wife Paulin, contributed to establishing the university's first-ever full scholarship for the women’s soccer team in 2018.

Trojan pride runs deep in the family, as evidenced by Magnus, who is currently a sophomore at USC, as indicated on his LinkedIn profile.

In a 2008 interview, the 'Anchorman' star humorously offered his top piece of advice for parents. "For me, talk to your children, at least once a week."

"If you've got time, do it two or three times a week, but otherwise, I find the times where I let weeks and weeks go by without talking to my children, that adds up," he joked.
