The awards season is in full swing and the Hollywood stars are putting their fashionable foot forward as they are gearing up for the glitzy ceremonies. The 29th Annual Critics Choice Awards took place at Barker Hangar on January 14, 2024 in Santa Monica, California. While some Hollywood celebrities received accolades for their work, some A-listers received criticism as well for their sartorial choices. Danielle Brooks
Danielle Brooks, who received a nomination for the best supporting actress for 'The Color Purple', attended the Critics Choice Awards wearing a baby pink tulle Monsoori gown with a dramatic black satin bow.
Natasha Lyonne
Natasha Lyonne, who was nominated for the best actress in comedy for 'Poker Face', opted for a shimmery black skirt held with a pair of suspenders. Lyonne chose to wear a black tank top underneath and accessorized her ensembles with loads of chunky jewelries.
Billie Eilish
Billie Eilish blended the masculine and feminine dressing as she opted for a black corset dress over a white top. The 'What Was I Made For?' singer's look was by designer Thom Browne. Eilish accessorized her ensemble with a pair of chunky boots and retro glasses.
Lenny Kravitz
Lenny Kravitz, whose song 'Road to Freedom' from 'Rustin' was nominated for the best song, walked the red carpet wearing a black suit similar to the black Alexander McQueen number he wore to the Golden Globes last week. Greta Gerwig received the award for best original screenplay for 'Barbie', wearing a Molly Goddard Spring 2023 number which balloned below the waist. The dress received criticism for its plain top featuring a simple round neck.

The 'Saltburn' actress Alison Oliver attended the 29th Annual Critics Choice Awards wearing an ivory and cream dress from Loewe Spring/Summer 2024 Ready-to-Wear collection. She paired the dress with a pair of sparkly silver heels.
