Swift, now 34, was just a teenager when she stepped in to support the Jarrett family.
"Taylor was like a big sister," Jarrett explained. "She came over, took the girls baking cookies, and just hung out at the house. I can't say enough good things about Taylor."

At the time of Jill's death in May 2007, Swift was around 17 years old.
"She's just a sweetheart. I still call her 'our girl', and now she's up hanging in the NFL circles," he said.

Jarrett emphasized that Swift helped them out purely out of kindness.
"She was never on the Jeff Jarrett payroll, so technically not a babysitter."
He expressed deep gratitude for Swift's support during a very dark period for his family, describing her as a "friend of the family".
Swift's bond with Jarrett’s daughters extended into her early career. Jarrett’s daughter, Jaclyn, even appeared in the music video for Swift's 2010 song 'Mine' featured on her third studio album 'Speak Now'.
Jarrett shared how Swift had insisted on including Jaclyn in the video.
"Taylor, being as bold as she always is, just said, 'I want Jaclyn in the video'," he said.
The family traveled to Maine for the production of the video, which Jarrett described as a great experience for his children. He also praised Swift's unique combination of creativity and business acumen, saying, "Not only is she uber-creative as an artist, but she also thinks like a businesswoman. Those two skill sets combined, you rarely see. She deserves all the success she has."
Additionally, Jarrett revealed that Swift brought her boyfriend at the time, Joe Jonas, over to the Jarrett home a couple of times, further highlighting the personal connection between Swift and his family.
Taylor Swift's Eras Tour inspires M Night Shyamalan's next film 'Trap'
M Night Shyamalan has credited Taylor Swift for partially inspiring his upcoming movie 'Trap'. The 53-year-old director's next project is set to hit theaters next month, and he recently revealed that the storyline was influenced by Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour.
In an interview with Empire, Shyamalan explained his surprising source of inspiration, describing his new thriller with a unique twist: “What if 'The Silence of the Lambs' happened at a Taylor Swift concert?”
The trailer for 'Trap', released earlier this month, sets the scene for a suspenseful story set amidst a fictional pop star's concert. The film features a father and daughter attending a crowded show to see Lady Raven, a character bearing similarities to Swift. However, the event takes a dark turn when the father, played by Josh Hartnett, realizes that police are monitoring the concertgoers to catch a serial killer known as ‘The Butcher’. Hartnett’s character appears suspicious, leaving viewers questioning his true identity.
Shyamalan's daughter, Saleka, portrays the pop star Lady Raven, currently on a sold-out international tour in the film. The director mentioned that while the film’s setup resembles Swift's Eras Tour, its tone aligns more with the psychological thriller 'The Silence of the Lambs'.
