"To see her jumping and see the height and the difference between the other gymnasts was absolutely insane."
Dobrev referred to the 11-time Olympic medalist as the “GOAT of all GOATs.”
Reflecting on her first Olympic Games experience, "Volleyball was one of my favorites. Just the energy in the crowd, everyone cheering and they were pumping the music. It was just a big party. It was so fun!"
Nina Dobrev shares update on her recent dirt bike accident
Nina Dobrev recently suffered from a dirt bike accident and is on her way to recovery.
“I'm a little ahead of schedule in terms of healing, but it is still a very long process," she updated “So I'm only one month, maybe three and a half now. So there's still a ways to go."
The 35-year-old is also aware of the fact that the injury can resurface if she’s not careful, "And a lot of times at this point in the healing process, people get re-injured because they feel fine.”
“And so they start doing normal things. So I have to kind of remind myself that I'm still healing and there's still a little bit of time to go," Dobrev explained.
Nina Dobrev was joined by her boyfriend Shaun White at Paris Olympics
Nina Dobrev shared that she had to do a lot of walking during the Paris Olympic Games, "All those streets are closed, so you have to walk from venue to venue and do all these things."
However, she was accompanied by her partner Shaun White. "He prearranged to have a wheelchair there so that I wouldn't have to walk as much. We had my canes, and he was there by my side taking care of me the whole time," she shared.
Dobrev's boyfriend is a former professional snowboarder and skateboarder, and is also a three-time Olympic gold medalist.
