The revelation came during a conversation about "witches," as Adele addressed the audience in a viral social media post on X (previously Twitter) and TikTok.

The 'Someone Like You' singer began by expressing her general views on musicals.

“Talking of witches, right, I don't really like musicals. And don't judge, you know. I think it's an art. I think it's a craft,” Adele said.

She continued, “I think it's absolutely phenomenal. It just doesn't do anything for me.”

However, Adele admitted that the promotional efforts surrounding 'Wicked' had piqued her interest.

“But whatever this 'Wicked' campaign has going on, I am gagged to see it. I am excited,” she said, to cheers from the audience, Daily Mail reported.

'Wicked', directed by Jon M Chu and starring Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Jonathan Bailey and Ethan Slater, is an adaptation of the Broadway musical 'Wicked'.
