Adin Ross fuels speculations of leaving Kick amid doubts about future of his streaming career

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Streamer and Internet personality Adin Ross has sparked speculations about his streaming career after hinting at the end of his association with Twitch’s rival streaming platform, Kick. 

Ross, 24, joined the stake-backed streaming platform in February 2023. However, just days after he joined the platform, he was permanently banned from Twitch for allowing unfiltered chat behavior during one of his streams, reports Game Rant

Nevertheless, his association with Kick proved to become fruitful, with him gaining the position of one of the most popular streamers on the platform. But, now Ross is hinting that the association might have come to an end after he shared some cryptic posts on social media.

When Adin Ross migrated from Kick to Twitch, he might have lost his seven million followers, but he also gained the status of the second-most followed streamer on Kick with 1.4 million followers. 

However, Ross recently shared a cryptic post on X (formerly Twitter), teasing a potential stream with UFC star Jon Jones. However, he did not disclose the platform where he will be streaming, as he wrote, “Na no script. I found that out from yall posting it. 😂. Ima still stream with Jon buttttt whereeeeeee.”

In a follow-up post on November 13, Ross clarified in a fan’s comment that he is still unsure where he would be streaming next. 

“I don’t know when or where I’m streaming next. I hope it’s sooner than later,” added the streamer.

The confusion regarding Ross’s future on Kick came at a time when the internet was abuzz with him unfollowing the Kick CEO Ed ‘Eddie’ Craven from Instagram. The CEO has reportedly also unfollowed him on Kick. 



 

On the same day, November 13, another streamer Sneako claimed that Ross was leaving Kick and was probably going to Rumble.

Adin Ross' cryptic post has put his fans on the edge of their seats as they have started wondering about his next streaming platform. However, the internet was left divided as some fans suggested he should go back to Twitch while others were skeptical of his Kick exit.

Another added, "I thought you quit the gambling deal because you wanted to stop focusing on money and more on content? But now you're not going to stream just so u can maximise negotiations with kick for more money? lol..."
