The television personality also mentioned why is it hard for domestic violence victims to leave their abusers.
“They use financial abuse to keep you, emotional manipulation, and add to that that this is a multi-millionaire, incredibly powerful, incredibly well-connected person,” she stated.
“There's an entire industry of making money off of him. She had no hope to get away from him,” Griffin added while referring to the 54-year-old record producer and his former girlfriend.

“I went and I sought professional help. After going to therapy and going to rehab, I had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I’m so sorry,” the rapper noted.
He added, “But I’m committed to being a better man each and every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness. I’m truly sorry.”
Internet demands jail for Diddy
Meanwhile, people online have shown their support for Griffin and also slammed Diddy.
An X user tweeted, “So sad, you think things don't happen to everyone but it does and you'll be surprised to who. For some, it gets worse because you end up losing your life. I'm glad she is here talking about it and not her family for her. I know what that does to a family too.”

A person referring to Diddy wrote below a Daily Mail article, “He was rich, well connected and ruthless, of course, she can’t be blamed for not leaving him. Imagine just her fear of retaliation.”
Slamming the music mogul, another person said, “The video clearly shows just kind of a man he truly is. This wouldn't of been the 1st time. I would say he is a prolific woman beater & should now be in jail for at least 15 yrs.”
The third one noted, “Oh Diddy. You lied before in 2016 when you said you never touched her. Now we are to believe what you say today? Nope. Gawd knows the terrible things he has done when cameras were not recording!”
“Of course, she was a victim of domestic abuse just like every other Hollywood actress or celebrity. Love to see the statistics of reported abuses of Hollywood celebrities versus normal people. After 100 years of Hollywood abuses you would think these people shouldn't be role models,” a comment read.
