NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Andy Cohen was having the ultimate fun as he took a ride on the New York City subway with his friend Anderson Cooper, 57.

The ‘Watch What Happens Live’ host took to his Instagram on Thursday, November 14, to share snaps from his ride on the NYC subway.

Accompanying the Bravo boss was the CNN broadcaster, Cooper, who looked less than enthusiastic to be on the train ride.

Andy Cohen shares selfies from his NYC subway ride

While Anderson Cooper might not be there to Andy Cohen’s exuberance, the '60 Minutes' correspondent’s grouchy face did little to deter Cohen from sharing his photos.

Taking to Instagram, the 56-year television personality shared a pair of photos with the caption, “AC was NOT. HAVING. IT. on the A train tonight!”

Both dressed impeccably in suits and ties, the celebrities posed for the camera, as Cohen took the picture.

While he had an infectious smile plastered on his face, the ‘Anderson Cooper 360°’ host gave a light glare as he posed for the camera with his arms crossed.

Cooper later chimed in in the comment section of the post, revealing the reason for his serious mood.

“Like you weren't attracting enough attention? you had to take out the camera and take a selfie!!” Cooper wrote in the comment section of Cohen’s post.

While Cooper might have been pissed off at Cohen’s impromptu selfie, the duo has set up friendship goals over the years.

Cooper and the ‘Real Housewives’ producer have been hosting their conversational stage tour, ‘AC2: An Intimate Evening with Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen’ since 2016. The best friends, who also welcomed fatherhood almost at the same time, have been cohosting CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live together since 2017.

Cohen, who welcomed his son Benjamin Allen, five, and daughter Lucy Eve, two, once shared during a conversation with Bruce Bozzi on his ‘Table for Two’ podcast in 2022, that he hoped his children to become best friends with Cooper’s sons.

Cooper shares his two sons - Wyatt Morgan, four, and Sebastian Luke, two, with his ex Benjamin Maisani.

Cohen said during the interview, "We are these geriatric patients hobbling around chasing our children, but look it's another bonding thing," before adding, "I think what is going to be really interesting to us, as it develops, is being gay dads and as our kids start realizing more and more 'Oh I have gay dads.’”

He further added, "I am so glad that Ben will grow up with Wyatt and that Ben with grow up seeing Anderson and Benjamin raising Wyatt and Sebastian," per People.

Though the pair were almost set up for a blind date in the early ‘90s, romance never blossomed between the duo. Instead, it turned into a lifelong friendship.

During a January 2022 interview on the ‘Howard Stern Show’, Cohen explained their bond, saying, “It’s not what our relationship is based on. We’re just friends. That’s not a part of it.”

Gushing about their platonic friendship, Cohen said, “At this point, we know each other too well. We’re not attracted to each other in that way. He’s a handsome guy. We’re not in that place," per Us Weekly.
