"You don’t know how much it means to me," the '7 Rings' singer gushed after being invited to the stage by Jennifer Coolidge, according to People.

She said, "I’ve been performing since I was a child, so I never thought at the age of 31 I would be hearing the words 'rising star' again, so I wanted to start by thanking my good friends: Botox and Juvederm."

"I thought I’d be hearing 'slightly withering star' or 'drooping star' by now so thank you," humorously added Grande.

During her acceptance speech, Grande also called her 'Wicked' co-star, Cynthia Erivo, her "brilliant sister" and described the film's director, Jon M Chu, as their "fearless leader".

Grande continued, "Being able to play Glinda the Good was not only the honor of my life but it felt like a homecoming. For those of you who don't know, I started out in stand-up comedy. My first professional gig was in our living room in Boca Raton, Fla., [to entertain] my grandparents. I was 4 years old and my mom gave me $5."

"I learned early on that laughter was one of our greatest escapes and I remember the infectious impact that it had, not only on the people in my life, but how it fed me in return. And the past 10 years when I was really focused on music I really missed that feeling. So it really does it feel like the beginning of a new chapter," the 31-year-old added.

Arian Grande ends plastic surgery rumors during Vanity Fair's Lie Detector Test

Ariana Grande ended all plastic surgery rumors as she participated in Vanity Fair’s Lie Detector Test series in September 2024, hosted by her 'Wicked' co-star, Cynthia Erivo.

The 'Into You' singer reiterated during the lie detector test that she had fillers and Botox in a few places but stopped it around four years ago, as per US Magazine.

Erivo questioned Grande about different plastic surgeries. She asked, "You sing 'Popular' in our film. Did you ever get any work done to make yourself feel more popular?"

The 'Side to Side' singer replied, "To my face? To my physical appearance?" and Erivo confirmed that's what she was asking which made Grande burst into laughter, per the outlet.

Erivo then asked, "Did you get your nose done?" and the 'Break Free' singer said she did not. The host then inquired, "Did you get a boob job?" "No! Can you imagine?" said Grande as she placed her hand on her breast.

When asked if she had gotten a facelift, Grande answered, "No, not yet. I'm open."

The test result showed that she was not lying and her answers were true. An ecstatic Grande said, "This is the best day of my life. Take that, you YouTube people."

One wrote, "This girl is not ageing well. The more she messes with her looks, the worse it will be. She's going to be a disaster in her 50s," whereas another stated, "She looks malnourished and sickly. Further, at age 31 'never had a facelift, she confirmed that she’s 'open' to one'. Sad indeed."

"Give her a cheeseburger not an award," remarked a person, while an individual commented, "She should have also thanked the good Lord for giving her riches without any talent."

"She better accept & enjoy it while she can, it likely won't age well as she gets older. Then you have regret," another person said.

One more expressed, "She better quit with these treatments while she's ahead. It's going to come back with vengeance if she continues. And it will not be pretty."

"She is not well. Her self-deprecation is so glaringly the opposite to me. These rich stars have a disadvantage in that they are surrounded by people who appease them for a paycheck instead of telling them what they need to hear. They are people too, but I wish it occurred to them how much of an influence they have on our young girls," a comment read.
