LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Fans have expressed concern about Ariana Grande’s health, as they believe she looked "miserably thin" during the Los Angeles and Mexico premieres of her upcoming film, 'Wicked'.

During the premiere of 'Wicked' at Mexico City’s Auditorio Nacional on Monday, November 11, the 'Thank U, Next' singer posed happily with her co-stars, Cynthia Erivo and Jonathan Bailey.

However, the sleuth-eyed fans voiced that Grande was looking noticeably thinner. For the occasion, she opted for a light pink iridescent strapless gown by Versace that featured a plunging cutout neckline.

Similar concerns were raised last week about Grande and Erivo's gaunt appearances following the Los Angeles event, where the 'Into You' hitmaker dazzled in a pink and white custom gingham dress by Thom Browne.

Fans think Ariana Grande looks worryingly small

Ariana Grande's fans have taken to social media to express worries about her appearance in recent weeks.

A concerned fan wrote, "I love Ariana down and I don’t think ppl should comment on other ppls bodies at all. but there’s no way you can look at her and not think she’s not healthy. she looks hallow and sucked out more frequently :( If she says she’s ok then cool but I hope she really is okay."

Another expressed, "Just saw someone say ariana 'isn’t that skinny' i do not keep up with her and i know she has been slim all her life but seeing her now is worrying she is so small 🙁."

"Somebody pleeeesse feed Ari!! She looks emaciated! 🥴," remarked a person, while someone else added, "She has not been looking good for a while , I hope she is fine."

One simply asked, "Why is she so thin." Reacting to a photo of Grande and Erivo from the 'Wicked' premiere, an individual wrote, "No hate...just to ask one question...we're they starving during the filming process or what??"

Meanwhile, another fan defended the duo, writing, "The amount of body shaming in the replies is disgusting. there’s a difference between genuine concern and blatant body shaming. both ladies look stunning. i loved how smiley they got when talking to another towards the end of the video. also the dresses? drop dead gorgeous."

"Sorry- but Arianna needs to gain some weight back and dye her hair and eyebrows to their natural color…I hope she’s not purposefully trying to lose weight," remarked one.

An individual pointed out, "These two, particularly Ariana Grande, look miserably thin. Fat or skinny, extreme body weights are not a sign of good health."

Ariana Grande clapped back at body shaming comments in 2023

The recent slew of concerns comes more than a year after the Nickelodeon alum addressed comments about her thin appearance.

In April 2023, Ariana Grande said, "I just wanted to address your concerns about my body and talk a little bit about what it means to be a person with a body [that's] seen and paid such close attention to," as per Daily Mail.

As the pictures of her transformation went viral, the 'Boy is Mine' singer noted, "I think we should be gentler and less comfortable commenting on people's bodies, no matter what."

"If you think you're saying something good or well-intentioned, whatever it is, healthy or unhealthy, big or small, this or that, sexy or not sexy, we should really work towards not doing that as much," noted Grande, before claiming that the version of her body people that people were lauding was actually the "unhealthiest version of her body."

"There are many different kinds of beautiful. There are many different ways to look healthy and beautiful,” before adding, “And personally for me, the body that you've been comparing my current body to was the unhealthiest version of my body," argued the 31-year-old.

Grande explained that she was "eating poorly and at the lowest point of her life when she looked the way her fans considered her healthiest."

"I know I shouldn't have to explain that, but I do feel like maybe having an openness or vulnerability, something good might come from it," added the singer, before emphasizing, "Healthy can look different."
