LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ben Affleck and his 12-year-old son, Samuel Garner Affleck, made a rare public appearance this week, sitting courtside at a Los Angeles Lakers game and the resemblance between the two is uncanny.
With each new public appearance, it’s becoming clearer, Samuel is the spitting image of his famous dad.

Father and son watched the Lakers take on the Golden State Warriors on Thursday, February 6, with Samuel rocking a LeBron James No 23 jersey while Ben Affleck kept it casual in a beige turtleneck, jacket, and matching pants.
Though their outfits couldn’t have been more different, their expressions were perfectly in sync. At one point, both were caught reacting identically to a thrilling moment on the court.
The Lakers didn’t disappoint their famous fans, clinching a 120-112 victory over the Warriors.
This isn’t the first time Ben and Samuel have been spotted cheering on their favorite team. They’ve been regulars at Lakers games, with previous appearances in November 2024 and March 2024 back when Ben’s ex, Jennifer Lopez, joined them.
Beyond basketball, the duo has been spending quality time together off the court as well. Just last week, they were seen in Ben’s Brentwood neighborhood bonding with his new security dog.

Though the recent Los Angeles fires spared both Affleck and Garner’s homes, Affleck had to evacuate and reportedly stayed at Garner’s place until it was safe to return.
