LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ben Affleck has become optimistic during his high-profile divorce from Jennifer Lopez. As the two A-list celebrities are currently divorcing, several insiders have shared insight regarding how each of them is allegedly taking the split.
In light of his recent divorce drama, sources close to the 'Air' actor told People that he's "focused on the positives," while the 'Selena' star still harbors "some bitterness" despite her recent statements that she's "at peace."

The 'Atlas' actress 55, filed for divorce from the 'Air' actor-director, 52, almost two weeks ago. According to a source close to the actor, Affleck is "doing well" and "slowly moving into his new home."
"He's where he wants to be: close to his kids and in a neighborhood that he loves. He enjoys working too, and is very focused on the positives," the source added.
Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck on August 20, citing April 26 as the date of separation. Their Georgia wedding anniversary was also two years ago on the date of her filing.
The 'If You Had My Love' singer filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court without legal counsel. A legal expert told the outlet on August 21 that the move shows she "just wanted to get this done" and move forward.
Following the news of Lopez's divorce petition, which came after months of rumors that their marriage was failing, an insider told People on August 26 that Affleck was "doing well and is very focused".
The insider said of Affleck, "He thrives when he has work projects. He's been great when it comes to the kids too. He's doing exactly what he wants. He seems very happy."
According to the insider, Affleck thought he was "done with his marriage" with Lopez when he first moved out of the shared marital house in Los Angeles and into a rented property.

Meanwhile, Lopez's insider told the outlet that although she harbors "some bitterness" over the split, "she still feels very fortunate" with the way her life is going right now.
The insider said, "She tried so hard to make things work and it didn’t matter to Ben. She’s surrounded by family, friends and her kids."
"She always manages to have a positive outlook. The divorce is difficult for her, but she always finds a way to move forward."
The singer-actress is "doing as well as she can" and "seems relieved" after filing, an insider earlier told People. However, another source noted that the divorce "really hit her hard," adding, "She's very upset and disappointed with Ben."
The 'Hustlers' actress recently shared a set of pictures on Instagram that included her and her kids engaging in several summertime activities while striking a range of expressions and posting a few cryptic notes.
She included a statement that said, "Everything is unfolding in divine order," on the second slide. She also attached a picture of a woman with the clothing, "she’s in bloom and unbothered out of reach and at peace," printed on it.
