LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are selling the Beverly Hills mansion they have shared since June 2023, an insider has reportedly claimed.

According to TMZ, the couple is listing the home they bought after getting married. 

It is worth noting that representatives of Lopez and Affleck have not yet commented on the topic, People reported.

This development follows the 'Can't Get Enough' singer, 54, canceling her 'This Is Me... Live' tour via a statement on her OntheJLo website on Friday, May 31, citing the need to "take time off to be with her children, family, and close friends."

According to the Wall Street Journal, Affleck and Lopez purchased the $61 million mansion they plan to sell in the spring of 2023. 

The 38,000 square-foot home sits on five acres and features 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a 12-car garage, a pool, and a sports complex with basketball and pickleball facilities, a gym, and a boxing ring. 

Sources report that the 'Atlas' star is currently living in the Beverly Hills mansion, while Affleck is staying in a rental home a few miles away as he films 'The Accountant 2'. 

Despite their marital issues, Lopez and Affleck continue to support their children publicly. 

After a seven-week absence from public appearances together, the couple was first seen at one of Affleck’s children's school performances in May. 

They were later spotted at Violet, Affleck’s eldest daughter's, graduation party. 

On Friday, June 7, Affleck was seen in Los Angeles with his 12-year-old son Samuel wearing his wedding band, much to the relief of 'Bennifer' fans.

Affleck kissed his son on the forehead as the pre-teen stepped out carrying several belongings. 

Affleck had Samuel with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner, and together have three children -- Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel.

Additionally, Lopez was spotted arriving solo at Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 8, wearing a cream knit dress and both her wedding and engagement rings.
