LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Actor Ben Affleck demonstrated his ability to multitask when he was seen texting while kissing his wife Jennifer Lopez while out Christmas shopping in West Hollywood, California on Wednesday, December 20.

According to images obtained by Page Six, Affleck was seen smooching the 'Marry Me' actress inside of a West Hollywood, California store while also looking down at his phone and seemingly having a text conversation.

The 'Marry Me' actress recently claimed that she and Affleck "both have PTSD" as a result of the intense public attention they received during their early 2000s romance.

"But we’re older now," she said in an interview with Variety. "We’re wiser. We also know what’s important, what’s really important in life, and it’s not so much what other people think. It’s about being true to who you are."

In the released photos, Lopez, 54, was seen locking lips passionately with her husband while Affleck, 51, appeared reluctant to give the 'On the Floor' singer his complete attention.

Instead, he kept using his phone, where they were accompanied by both of their mothers — Christopher Anne Boldt and Guadalupe Rodriguez — despite the rumored feud between the two matriarchs.

"They both want their moms to fly in and spend time together, but Christine has never really gelled with Lupe, so they've always been tactfully kept apart," an insider claimed.

The insider added that most of the reason for the hostility stems from Affleck's mother being "wary" of his second marriage, as per OK! Magazine.

Despite the joyous occasion, the 'Argo' star appeared gloomy and sullen throughout the pair's shopping trip with their mothers.

Affleck wore a grimace while helping his mother choose some goods at one point. He was wearing a gray crewneck sweater, blue trousers, black peacoat, and Nike sneakers.

The couple's shopping excursion occurs a few days after their $60 million Beverly Hills estate played host to an illustrious Christmas party that included Michael B Jordan, Lily Rabe, Margot Robbie, and Casey Affleck.

While Lopez was seen holding hands with her mother, Guadalupe, Affleck was observed looking at some products with his mother, Christopher, while they went shopping for the holidays.

Lopez remained focused throughout the outing, save for a brief pause for a kiss, as if she was anxious to locate all the possible gifts she would require before the holiday.

The songstress, who was wearing an all-black outfit with a coat with a leopard design on top, maintained her composure as she crossed her arms with her cane-using mother.
