Ben Affleck may have to battle infidelity allegations as timeline of Kick Kennedy affair remains unclear
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The daughter of Robert F Kennedy Jr has found herself embroiled in controversy amid Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s divorce.
Kick Kennedy is believed to be the new love interest of the 'Gone Girl' actor as the pair were reportedly recently seen on a date at the Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills as well as spotted at other Los Angeles hotspots.
The duo apparently hooked up before Affleck tied the knot with Lopez in 2022, as per The US Sun.
Though it’s not clear yet if the 52-year-old cheated on Lopez with Kennedy, attorney Andrew Zashin thinks their rumored romance might bring drama to his ongoing divorce.

Andrew Zashin told The US Sun, "We do not know what happened behind closed doors, but if JLo is the aggrieved party there could be a war. She has been married several times already and she truly may have thought this was the real deal."
"She took the name Affleck. Ben is out and about with another woman - already. JLo might be furious for good reason. In her mind, and perhaps to those who love her, and her fans, this might seem humiliating," speculated the lawyer.
He further explained, "In a legal proceeding, even in a family law matter, the parties are entitled to conduct 'discovery.'"
"That means a litigant is entitled to investigate financial and personal matters of the other side. This could become both uncomfortable and unpleasant for Ben. Worse, any woman, including Kick Kennedy, could be drawn into what could become a fiasco. Fast," noted Zashin.
'Salacious details' of Ben Affleck and Kick Kennedy's rumored relationship could be leaked
Andrew Zashin also stated that Ben Affleck and his alleged new lady love "could have to answer awkward questions, and their depositions might be taken. What Ben or Kick disclose could be leaked to the media."
"Salacious and embarrassing details of their relationship and their personal lives might be revealed to the media. I have enormous experience with matters like this case," noted the attorney, before adding, "Emotion is a big factor in all family matters; high net worth and publicity can exacerbate the issues and problems."
Meanwhile, a tipster reportedly claimed that Kennedy "is not a mistress."
As per the mole, since the ‘Good Will Hunting’ star and the Kennedy family are from Boston, knowing each other is not a big thing.
They added, "When you live in Boston, the Kennedy family is royalty. She is not a mistress. She is nothing like JLo and likes to keep her private life private."

After months of speculation surrounding their marital woes, Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce from Ben Affleck on August 20, the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding ceremony, citing irreconcilable differences.
According to Zashin, the divorce would cost many things to the duo.
He expressed, "The psychological impact on Ben and Jennifer could be severe. Moreover, they could each lose money in attorney's fees. Worse still, their reputational capital, their A-List standing, could take an unnecessary hit."
