Following the release of Beyonce's highly anticipated album 'Cowboy Carter', she reflected on Guyton's profound impact on the landscape of country music.

"Mickey, Thank you for opening doors for me queen. Keep Shining. Love and respect, Beyoncé," read the note.

Mickey Guyton responds to Beyonce's touching message

Moved by Beyonce's heartfelt message, Guyton took to Instagram to respond to the touching post.

"With opportunity comes possibility," the 'How You Love Someone' singer captioned her post.

"The possibilities are endless with you @beyonce. God gave me an assignment and I followed. May the doors continue to stay wide open," wrote Guyton who created history in 2021 as the first Black artist to receive a Grammy nomination for Best Country Album.

Inside Beyonce's recently launched 'Cowboy Carter' album

On Friday, March 29, Beyonce dropped 'Cowboy Carter' her eighth studio album.

The latest album features collaborations with renowned artists including Dolly Parton, Miley Cyrus, and Post Malone.

Before the release, Beyonce revealed the list of tracks as she confirmed that the cover of Parton's 'Jolene' would be included in the project, which received praise from the 78-year-old music icon herself.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of the supporters of TEXAS HOLD ‘EM and 16 CARRIAGES," she wrote after dropping the latest singles.

"I feel honored to be the first Black woman with the number one single on the Hot Country Songs chart," she added.

Mickey Guyton extends an open invitation for collaboration with Beyonce

In March, Guyton spoke to ET about her excitement for Beyonce's 'Cowboy Carter' album and the country musician extended an open invitation for a collaboration.

Guyton who has received two nominations for the CMT Music Award this year has previously made cover performances of Beyonce's music.

"I think it's really, really cool that she's here," said Guyton, adding, "Like, she's been in country music. So this is just an extension of that."
