Blue Ivy has ‘bug for performing’ after sharing stage with her mother Beyonce
Blue Ivy, who joined Beyonce during her 15-minute-long performance at the halftime show on Christmas in her hometown of Houston, is reportedly eager to perform on stage. “Blue now more than ever has the bug for performing,” spilled a source.
Referring to their performance at the NRG Stadium in Houston, the source added, “This performance was very important to her,” before highlighting, “She didn't want to embarrass herself or her mom.”
The insider added that Blue Ivy has a clear vision of following her parents’ footsteps into the music industry, and is looking forward to cementing her career as an artist.
“She loves the possibilities she has in her future to record more music, with and without her parents, and she is looking forward to the next several years to cut out the artist she wants to be,” noted the source.
Referencing Blue Ivy’s performance with her mother during the NFL halftime show, the source added, “This performance was an incredible stepping stone into her future dreams.”
Beyonce’s eldest daughter, who is officially becoming a teen on January 7, accompanied her mother during her performance on the climactic closing number ‘Texas Hold ‘Em’ on Wednesday night.
She dressed in all white, broke into a dance with the ‘Crazy in Love’ singer as she fulfilled her back-up dancer duties.
Her pop megastar mother gave an adorable shoutout to Blue when she changed the word “boy” to “Blue” in the lyric, “Then spin me in the middle, Blue, I can't read your mind.”
Blue Ivy’s past performances with her mother
