The BLACKPINK diva spoke about the experience; she highlighted Sabrina Carpenter’s set in particular. “Sabrina (Carpenter) was the first show we went to watch, and she set the tone for the whole weekend,” Rose said as per Vogue.
She added, “It was literally insane. If you asked me if I have any notes, no notes. It was perfect and we were so hyped; me and my friends were singing her songs until 4 am... maybe 6!” Rose also took in a range of other performances across the festival.
“The rest of the performances were amazing. We went to Sombr, Justin Bieber, The Strokes, PinkPantheress, Bigbang,” she said. “Every single stage was so much fun. And yes, I might have lost my voice.”
After the first weekend, she also shared several photos and short clips on Instagram showing her support for Carpenter. The posts further reflected the ongoing friendly connection and mutual appreciation between the artists.
BlackLabel confirms Rose will not join Sabrina Carpenter at Coachella weekend 2
The BlackLabel, the agency representing Rose, has clarified that the singer is not scheduled to make a guest appearance during Carpenter’s Coachella set in Indio. This statement comes after growing online speculation suggesting a possible surprise collaboration between the two artists.
“Rose does not have an official schedule to join Sabrina Carpenter’s stage as a special guest,” the agency told The Korea Herald. The rumors gained traction when fans claimed to spot a backstage trailer with Rose’s name near the Coachella Main Stage area. This quickly circulated on social media and led to increased expectations of a possible on-stage appearance.

Further adding to the discussion, she posted a video on April 15 showing her dancing to Lee Hyo-ri’s track '10 Minutes.' Some fans interpreted the post as a possible indirect hint connected to Carpenter’s rumored extended set.
Rose may not join her friend on stage; she has a strong history with Coachella. The 'Messy' singer first performed there in 2019 as part of the K-pop group. That made BLACKPINK the first K-pop girl group to perform at the festival. It was a big moment for K-pop on a global stage.
