LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Is Blake Lively the latest Hollywood star eyeing Ozempic? The 'It Ends With Us' actress, currently caught up in a legal battle with co-star Justin Baldoni over serious charges, has reportedly thrown herself into a drastic diet.

This comes after reports revealed that she has been indulging in burgers, donuts, and chips for weeks.

Sources close to Lively suggest that the actress is considering the popular showbiz weight-loss drug Ozempic as a solution to her ongoing struggle with yo-yo dieting amid lawsuit struggles with Baldoni.

According to insiders close to 'Gossip Girl' actress Blake Lively, she has been struggling with fluctuating weight amid the stress of suing co-star Justin Baldoni and dealing with the pressure of his $400M counterclaim.

A source revealed, "Blake sure loves her food but has been comfort eating over the last weeks and she knows it has to stop," as per RadarOnline.

The insider added, "She doesn't really touch alcohol so food is one of her few vices and she's been leaning on the bad stuff a little too much in recent times and knows she's got to get a grip of the calorie intake because her weight is all over the place, up and down and it can't continue."

The source also mentioned, "She's been looking at Ozempic, just like pretty much everyone else in Hollywood but doesn't think it is correct for her at this moment. She's seen the damage it has gone to people like Sharon Osbourne and thinks right now it is not worth the risk of looking too skeletal."

The insider concluded, "So for now, it is back in the gym with the personal trainer and shedding the piled-on pounds the hard way."

Blake Lively filed a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni and others in December 2024, accusing them of retaliation after reporting serious charges and workplace safety issues. In response, Baldoni filed a countersuit in January 2025.

On January 27, Judge Liman scheduled a trial date for the ongoing legal battle between Lively and Baldoni for March 9, 2026.

In recent court filings in New York, Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, sharply criticized Baldoni, accusing him of "predatory" behavior.

Reynolds' legal team argued in the latest set of documents that Ryan's involvement in the case was purely as a supportive spouse, having witnessed firsthand the emotional, reputational, and financial toll Lively has endured.

The filing stated, "What does Ryan Reynolds have to do with (this case), legally speaking, other than being a supportive spouse who has witnessed firsthand the emotional, reputational, and financial devastation Ms. Lively has suffered? Nothing."

The defense further stated, "The (complaint filed by Baldoni) alleges no plausible facts that suggest Mr. Reynolds did not believe this comment to be true; instead, the relevant allegations suggest that Mr. Reynolds genuinely, perhaps passionately, believes that Mr Baldoni’s behavior is reflective of a predator."
